Full-Day Rental Pricing
- Saturday: $2,995 for full day from 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Friday and Sunday: $1,995 for full day from 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Monday – Thursday: $1,495 for a full day from 6:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.
Basic Venue Rental: Hourly rental options.
- Monday – Thursday: $400 for 3-hour block with an option to add additional 1-hour blocks for $125 each additional hour up to 2 hours with a max of 5 hours, after 5 hours it will be booked at the full day rate.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Hourly rates are available 45 days out, prior to this the full daily rate is the only option. If the full day is booked prior to 45 days, it cannot be changed to the hourly rate later.
What’s Included:
- Exclusive use of our beautiful 4,000+ sq ft indoor venue + the lovely outdoor garden space
- Tables and chairs for up to 128-132 guests
- Table linens in 6 colors (Black, White, Ivory, Navy, Gray, Pink) + cheesecloth runners in 8 beautiful colors
- Full setup and take-down of tables and chairs + final cleaning
- 2 dressing rooms are available
- Easy-to-use AV equipment (microphone, 2 large TVs, indoor & outdoor speakers)
- Warming Kitchen for your caterer (we don’t provide catering, but you’re welcome to bring your own or use any caterer you love)
A couple if important notes:
- Alcohol is not permitted at the venue.
- A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date, with the balance due 30 days before event.
